Facilitation Skills

We provide facilitation skills’ workshops for managers and trainers as these skills are at the heart of professional development.  Facilitation is the unique way you lead, guide and follow a group or team, be it as a trainer, HR specialist, manager, team leader, internal or external consultant.

Approach

To achieve excellence as a facilitator we adapt our facilitation to the aims, needs, level of experience, energy, duration and to the context of the group or team.

We can analyse and assess our style in terms of the dimensions, modes (use of power) and particular interventions and how these are put together.  We can also see our facilitation as a result of the values and standards we hold, our psychological make-up, degree of skill and development, of the objectives, composition of the group and of a wider cultural context.

Above all however it is you, the uniquely creative person that determines your style.

We would cover according to need:

  • Dimensions of facilitation
