This workshop is designed to enable participants to gain a deeper understanding of diversity and equality, not just as something “out there” which requires a technical solution, but as something “in here” and in which we are all located. The workshop is a rare and valuable opportunity for leaders in this area to reflect upon where they are in their own journey and where they are heading in their personal and professional practice. From this position of confidence and strength each person can take leadership themselves within their own organisational setting. We will employ innovative, experiential and holistic methods to investigate and explore the terrain of dominance in relation to diversity. We will work cognitively, emotionally and spiritually. These methods will be made available for you to use in your own workplace. This course is deliverable as a customised consulting process and as an in-house training programme.
