Having
a diversity strategy has now become integral to the evolvement of many
organisations’ vision. The benefits to all are becoming clearer - we can
support you achieve that vision from conducting a diversity audit to writing a
strategy, training your staff and finally supporting you in putting the strategy
into action – often the most difficult aspect.
Diversity
is a subject that can be viewed with fear: fear of saying and doing the wrong
thing, inadvertently causing offence, losing your job, being seen to be
ignorant, being labelled. Our approach is holistic; listening, valuing and
guiding; that all are equal and deserve to be heard and that fairness is
integral in all that we do.

“I thought it
was an excellent day with plenty of time to practice skills and pick
up odd tips all day. It was a very relaxed, stimulating and
productive day. I thought the trainer was really responsive and
seemed to have got a grip of our level and skills.” Senior
manager
“The best
training I have done so far (and I’ve done a lot!) Really varied,
and a good mix of exercises, with room to take into account
individual interests and experiences.” Diversity trainer |
