Here you will find the dates of courses we are running and the one to one personalised services we offer.  If you would like to arrange a group we will come to you.

Workshops for your Group/Venue:

Any of the workshops we can run for you or your group wherever you are.

For an agreed amount we will come to you to deliver the Indian Head Massage or Reiki workshops, allowing you to set the price for your participants often working out less per head than if each of you came to Samtosha.  You provide the venue and the participants we will do the rest.

Locations where we have run workshops to date: Beverley (Yorks), Belfast, Cambridge, Watford, Ipswich, Londonderry, Harrow and Swindon.

Where appropriate we will adjust the workshop to meet your specific needs.  

Jonathan Heath

Jonathan Heath (ITEC, BSc. Cert Ed (PCET) and IIHHT) is an experienced (over 15 years) training consultant and complimentary therapist, a reiki master, yoga, massage and aromatherapy teacher.

Jonathan has trained hundreds of participants in Indian Head massage and attuned many more into Reiki. A British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, teaching yoga for over 10 years.  

Margaret Ross

Margaret Ross is an experienced Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching for over 14 years, practicing for over twenty-five years.

Is experienced in teaching other yoga teachers, one to one with those who have specific needs and illnesses, are pregnant and with sports people.  

Jonathan and Margaret are both active members of the Yogaliving Ashram in the Community.

YogaLiving is a community ashram focused on the communication and promotion of the teaching of Atma Vichara within a context of general Yoga practice to promote well-being and positive living. It has evolved to provide a framework of guidance and support to those who wish to pursue a spiritual practice through Yoga.
