How?
I can
come to a location of your choice around the country or work at my own coaching
room in Samtosha (Nr. Marlborough). The coaching is supplemented by telephone
and e.mail support at a contracted rate for immediate access and guidance.

This course
gives you the opportunity to develop grow your skill and maturity as a coach.
Your facilitators have 30 years of coaching experience between them. Learn how
to navigate your role as coach in a variety of organisational settings. Test out
our three-way contract - our fundamental model for establishing developmental
coaching relationships. We triangulate the contracts between client,
organisational sponsor and coach. You will work within a conceptual framework
that will embrace and deepen the meaning of many techniques or approaches like
NLP, co-coaching, inner game you may use already. Gain access to working at the
deeper levels of relationship, manage projections and transferences; use
yourself and your own deeper awareness as a source of insight into what may be
blocking achievement or performance Benefit
from invaluable feedback on your practice from your facilitators and the group
and enjoy significantly building up your coach’s
toolkit.

The course runs for five days – 3 days with a
practice gap then followed by 2 days.

This course has
been accredited by the Institute for the Development of Human Potential (IDHP),
which has been accrediting courses for over 25 years.
Certificates of attendance will be issued which can be used for
Continuing and Professional Development.
