Principal
Consultant: Jonathan
Heath - Chartered member of CIPD
|
|
Jonathan Heath, founder of Samtosha Training Consultancy, has been a
successful consultant and coach for over 20 years, working to develop
the full diversity of human relationships at work and addressing the
managerial issues that arise in times of overlapping change. Using
experiential and pragmatic methodology, he incorporates different styles
of learning to match the client’s needs. |
 |
|
Jonathan's aim is to
develop a truly holistic
approach to learning.

Like
a tapestry, we, as human beings are composed of interwoven layers.
Separating the strands of this tapestry is a way to look at how our whole
being can be integrated or in discord. To fully learn, to engage fully
with ourselves, our teams, and organisations we need to engage at each
layer:
|
-
Physically:
through our bodies – posture, the way we move, areas of tension, the
non-verbal clues we unwittingly send all the time.
(notice
how your shoulders feel sitting at the computer, how straight is your
spine?)
-
Kinaesthetically:
through our energy - having true presence, working to come into our
power in the work environment.
(to
what extent are you playing the work role or centred within your own
self?)
-
Intellectually/emotionally: through balance and ease with our mind and
emotions, - recognising when the mind is actively working with concepts,
policies, ideas and models and when it needs to pause to regain clarity
and creativity.
(in
your team where is the space for lateral thought and for constructive
expression of feelings?)
-
Intuitively:
through our higher thinking - using our instinct for what is right,
to make the right decisions based on our values & beliefs, our
experience and to develop our sense of inner knowing and still presence.
(when
do you get a sense of what is right and act on it?)
-
Spiritually:
through our sense of connection, within ourselves and with all around us,
at work, at home, wherever we are.
(can
you locate the sense of spirit in your organisation?)

Tailored
Training and
Team Days
Samtosha
Training Consultancy has built a reputation for tailoring work to
the needs of individual clients. We would be delighted to adapt an
existing course or develop something new. We believe that the most
effective training addresses the specific needs of the organisation.
We regularly provide team days for project and departmental teams to
address important issues, get to know each other better and tackle
challenges in teams. Dealing with relationships with a view to being
more effective and
productive as a team and as a organisation.
